Is it possible to upgrade to the Deluxe edition?

Say I really enjoyed the game and wanted to just buy the deluxe edition would it just cost a certain amount to 'upgrade'?

No one knows Season Pass price yet. Probably bit higher than (Deluxe - Standard) price. Also you may can't upgrade into Deluxe Edition. But remember Deluxe edition is just Standard Edition and Season Pass (DLCs). You can buy Standard edition for now and Season pass later, or buy DLCs later 1 by 1. It doesn't matter, they all same.

The price I saw Gamestop putting out for the separate season pass was the same 25 dollars it is in the deluxe game.

So it'll be 25 bucks for a while as per usual pricing practice. The Steam Summer sale is supposed to be at end of June, but I dunno if anything Tekken related will get like a small sale on here.

Yeah my plan. I'm just hoping it's just a bit more than the normal price but it is better to buy something when you KNOW what you're going to receive.
