Sound volume value illegal at line 60838.

Hi!

-Make sure that your PC meets the minimum requirements.
-Verify the integrity of the game cache steam.
-Please update the audio driver and restart PC.
-Either a permissions error or your virus program does not like something in it perhaps.
-Also Check to see that you have the latest drivers installed for your hardware.
