Agar.io, 100%. It was first. Mitos.is is a horrible clone. Laggier than agar.io. Does not have stupid powerups (yeah, they are stupid. Boots? Hats? WTF?). And, frankly, Mitos.is SHOULD be taken down. It is a blatent copy of Agar.io. But, oooooo, it is on Steam. Must mean it is better and shouldn't have to follow laws. Fk this game, fk its pathetic developers, and fk the ignorant inbred children who think Mitos.is is better.

Agar.io doesn't even have any Powerup so you should complain about what Agar.io has better than Mitos.is , atleast Mitos.is has Powerups ...
Mitos.is doesn't lag , you should check your internet connection before talking trash ...

Agar.io is a copy of other games , but not Spore* ...
Spore is nothing about Mitos.is or Agar.io even ...

Agar.io is better. The movement is fluid and object contact feels sticky like it has capillary physics. It does not require I log in. The Graphics are better. And it does not have terrible music that I need to shut off after 5 seconds of monotony. Why doesnt it have an individual switch for sound effects and music? Every game does. Mittosis is a clone for profit rip-off application. Agar.io is free for all players.

I discovered Agario yesterday and Mitosis today. I would describe them as being like Pepsi and Coke, some people might prefer one over the other but they are basically the same thing. Agario seems to run smoother, the mechanics seem a little bit better and it is more challenging to get on the leaderboard so it feels like more of an accomplishment. Mitosis has more content, like armor and powerups that you can equip your cell with. And its on Steam.

Either way, I like both.
