About Cool Headed King Quests

Hello Gm s,
I've been doing Ronark Land chat quests but when i finished the quest it didn't give me 82 lvl shell piece and after that ring of cool headed king..What should i do now?Quest just passed and i can't do it again

and also after ring quest Gusion is not summoning...

Could you provide the exact quest name and is your character el-morad or karus?

Edit: oh and NPC&map name as well if possible.
