Error "verify your account. (-18)"

I installed KO on Steam on a new computer now on my vacation, I did the download again. But upon entering the game gives this error "New connection detected. Please visit the Steam KO website to verify your accont (- 18)"
But I can not solve it.
I need help because I paid for the premium and I'm not able to use it.
