Submitting a Cheat Report ***UPDATED
Hail Knights!

We appreciate all of our keyboard vigilantes out there helping to keep KO a fun place for legit players to play alongside of our GMs. Many of you have taken the liberty of posting cheaters here on the discussion forum when you find them. We're going to bring a little more order to this process.

We have now created a Cheat Reports sub-forum. Any time you want to report a cheater, we respectfully request that you post it in this sub-forum. If you're concerned about preserving your identity, you may submit your cheat report in the form of a ticket at http://support.nttgameonline.com/.

If posting here on the forum, one of our forum staff will look at your report and game masters will collect the essential data to process the report. Once the report has been completed, it will be deleted (removed from sight to community members).


Due to the overlap of Cheat Reports on the forum and submitted via support ticket, we are now exclusively processing cheat reports via support ticket ONLY. This will insure protection of your identity, as well as piece of mind that your report has been processed since you will receive a response from the GM team.

Please submit cheat reports via support ticket at http://support.nttgameonline.com.

When submitting a cheat report, please include the following:
1. The thread title should be in this format: [SERVER] CharacterID - Violation
2. Include a brief summary of the cheat
3. Provide the name or names of characters that you are reporting.
4. Post a link of a high quality screenshot or video (recorded and posted in at least 720p).

If you need to submit more than one report, you may update your current ticket while it is open.

If you follow the above instructions, this will make processing cheat reports much quicker. Thank you all for your participation!

[Announcement] New Item Trade Restrictions
Hail Knights!

During April 20th's update, we have made some updates to item trade restrictions. These updates are as follows:

PUS Items
We know there has been frustration regarding the tradeability of these items based on Steam's trusted status. All PUS items will now have a 7 day trade restriction regardless of an account's trusted status.

Upgraded/Crafted Items
Any item that has been upgraded or crafted using an enhancer from the PUS (Trina's Piece, Shadow Piece, Dragon Scale, or Tears of Karivdis) will have a 7 day trade restriction.
