juraid mountain.. how do i enter it, is there a recommended level?

Juraid Mountain starts at 06:40 EST and 19:40 EST.
You have to talk to the person in this picture: http://i.imgur.com/30eAspK.jpg and choose the option "Count me in", afterwards you have to wait around 10 minutes to teleport into the dungeon.

You should be at least 70 to join juraid mountain and these are the rewards for each level gap "if you win "

70-72-> green gem
73-74-> blue gem
75-76-> yellow gem
77-78 -> red gem
79-80-81-82-83 -> silvery gem
