Report a translation problem
1. Hacker stole more than $500 worth of items (cashed out with some gold buying site)
2. Lost his lvl 35 account
I mean, if this is the case, what is the incentive for people not to hack? Unless you are an idiot who doesn't cash out within a few days of the hack, you will profit from exploiting the game. And to be fair, scamming 20gb+ in a days work is pretty good money, especially for some countries.
And to be clear, I am not flaming the support serivce, they probably are a little group people who have to go through 100's of "I'm legit but I got banned" complaints only to dig up evidence of that person koxping/luring/scamming.
I have heard of this before. It is not a mercanth hack. It is KOXP. With koxp (this is what I have heard btw) you can create mercanth so fast. It is like auto buy merc creator. When you try to sell something to that player, mercanth breaks and opens again in like 0.1 seconds. I don't know how they do it.
And as Paris already said, the hacker gets away due to long period between reporting and actually banning. It's sad.
Anyway, no Paris, I did not get any reply at all yet, furthermore another thread in general section here got deleted where I asked for a statement of some gm or another person who's more in charge than a forum mod.
I still be very curious if there is any reimbursement or else, since this hack screwed me over ended up not being able to buy proper exp gear such as genie/pots/hammers!

NTT staff will do the best regarding this kind of situations but meanwhile, i suggest you to keep calm a bit more.
I apologize if my comments are blunt, but as I have said before, I am not flaming the support team. I'm pointing out a big flaw in the system. If we are serious about fighting the hacking problem, there cannot be an environment where hacking is allowed to prosper with little to no consequence.
Also, it's hard to keep calm when you spend hours farming an item, then hours trying to sell it, only to have the moment you sell it, you get k0xp'd. Feels like getting kicked in the stomach.
However, I believe that it's actually not losing the item that makes me upset. I have had 4 days to cool off about that. It's rather waiting 4 days only to get a copy paste answer of "Thank you, said person will be punished" and then getting the ticket immediately closed.
What did I want when I sent the ticket?
- Justice in means of the k0xper getting banned and my item back.
What did I receive after a 4 day wait?
- Hacker most likely sold it for gold and converted to real money and I'm left here unsure whether I'll get anything back.
What I recommend?
- Transparency: I believe if the NTT team spend an extra 15 minutes on each maintaince explaining their ideology behind certain changes (why bring back merch on c1? possible answer: there was high demand for it)
- Or keeping players better posted on upcoming things such as Ardreams (why can't we get a better estimation for release date? If the company has reasoning behind holding the events back, why not share that reason with the players?)
- Even in my support ticket: "Hacker will be banned, thank you." This would infinitely feel better if it said:
"Hi, thank you for the evidence. The hacker "name" was banned permantly on 2/20/2016. Regarding your items, it will take us a few more days to verify it and send it back to your account."
They could also say, we banned the hacker, but could not restore your item because "reason".
I feel as if you communicated better with players, this forum would lose over half its complain post, the community would be more united, and you wouldn't have to close/ reanswer the same question 1000 times.
I'll add my 5 cents, we pay for this "free to play" game a lot of money - I (for example) have loaded 12,5k KC and I started... not even month ago... I like the game have extra money for it because im working but HEY !!!! At my work people expect me to be proffesional and If im not im not getting payd as much as I want and thats the same thing that I expect from GM's/Developers, why the ♥♥♥♥ you dont pay attention to this game? Same thing was on MYKO (logos), USKO (cypher,edana, girakon), then EUKO (dont remmeber the name) and now SteamKO.
Guys please make this game playable, yesterday on bowl we were pking then bosses spawned and BOOM BAM BOOM BAM mage with laser (fire balls, spears and stuff) killed it in 15 sec took drop and logged off, k0xp websites pays u more then users that u let em do what they want ? There are many theories but im telling u now, KO will fall down if u dont remove cheaters, a lot of people had hope for this Steam move (putting KO in platform), but if u let cheaters rule the game like always before we will all quit again..
U took a lot of money because of new release but if people realise that NOTHING changed compareing to past times then i dont see future here..
There are lots of games that LISTEN to users/players and add improvements that are given by community, I suggest u to do the same.

As you may noticed, number of NTT Community staff was increased in order to rise up the communication among playes and management.
As i have stated in my previous messages, a new seed has implemented to the ground lately and now e have a nice sapling but, it will take sometime to get a fruit from that plant when it becomes a tree.
Please ruse this very forum anything about the problems, suggestions or complaints related with the game, which will make the grow-up period shorter than expected.
Currently i am using Genie most of the titme, i wasnt really faithfull to that hmm new in-game implemented stuff for casuals? But it was and it is now really annoying as for example suddenly a player named 'Insert random name here' teleport to spot where i am at with my party, transformed into kecon is desintegrating everything in my field of view, and says something in language that i do not understand and runs away just to come back later on and re-do everything. And that is sort of - annoying.
