at home I have two computers that are in different rooms, one plays my nephew and I roll. however, only one of us can play, if I get ya can not I go to log and if he can no longer logear. This did not happen two days ago requesting a response. note that since check the IP's and are different

are the accounts both premium? There was is sometimes a restriction with 2 non premium accounts logging into the server. But if they are both premium shouldnt be a problem but if both non premium maybe only 1 account can be played. If one is premium and other is non premium have to log the non premium in first.

Do you have a router or splitter that gives each pc a different IP or do you have 2 modems that you are running 1 computer off of each modem?

If I understood correctly he said they have 2 different IP address. The restriction you are talking about is only for the same IP.

I assume that your computers have the same public IP address, that's why you can't connect :(.

if you have two computers you can login on two steam accounts, anything else (e.g virtual machines) won't work, try going into local area connection properties by right clicking your newtwork connection then "Internet protocol Version 4" properties and click the "obtain IP address automatically" box if it isn't already.

This won't work as there external ip will be the same..

NTT strikes again with pay to advance features, if they limit IP access to F2P users they should do the same for premium users hence they already are gaining much more anyways.

Honestly this is a very lame restriction. I played knight online with my family (father and little brother) a long time ago and when steam version came out we figured we would play it together. After getting to level 70ish with them doing quests and stuff as a trio it is impossible to play together in the same house. Man what a bummer for real. I get they want to do something to stop the botters but when people cant even play the game together with friends/family they screwed up.

I dont know if a mod or something will end up reading this but could you please rethink this or at least just make this temporary until the protection service is updated. I know its a single opinion but please take it into consideration because im sure im not the only one thoroughly disappointed.
