We need a new guide for the quests

As you know, lots of thing have been changed for the past five years. There are too many new quests with huge amount of EXP rewards. If somebody could make a guide for the new quests which I couldnt find in google, that'd be great and appreciated! -esp. 60+ quests in ronarkland and eslant-

There is a quest chain up past the raven harpies in karus at the docks where you need to make deliveries, also the goblin village quests at 60 if you didn't know about them or the hunter quests at Raon camp which start at 61.
