You are speaking about the game's mechanics, which are so outdated and old that if they were to modernize it, it would be an entirely new game, which could break the very essence that makes this game unique. So stop asking for unreasonable requests, OR, here's an idea - go get a degree, join an indy game-dev company, and launch a game that has a playerbase of more than 1,000. Perhaps by then, you would be capable of drawing more intelligent feedback regarding what developers should-do vs. what they shouldn't.
Hackers are everywhere, in EVERY country, not limited to Turkey. In fact, a lot of the hackers who stalk KO are from China, not Turkey, who has taken a lead role in the world's digital goldfarming industry. These companies advertise and set up websites in the player's primary language, in this case it's Turkish and English. Basic online marketing.
The ONLY way these hackers will go away, is if there is an equal incentive to defeat hackers. I think I know a way, and I will suggest it formally. Hopefully it will get enough attention -- I see no reason why not.
And where did you get that information from? That's news to the rest of us.
