How is the damage of mage calculated ?
My friend is playing a paper mage (255 mp and dual flamies) and there was a guy in our party, 160 int flame mage and he was doing very close damage numbers to monsters. So I wonder, what is the formula to calculate damage output of a mage? How important is staff's physical damage? How can an int mage do close damage as paper mage? Any ideas? I am talking about PvE not PVP. Thanks

on mobs the damages dont change too much but if you went to the arena and tried this you will definitely see a big difference in damage :)

first of all, you can not calculate your damage directly on mobs.
if you want to make more damage on mobs you need just MP.And The items which are with mp bonus .But all of them and especially Flame rings doesnt make a big difference .
If you wanna calculate your damage on champs.. than you should go arena and test it .As Urbester what i know is that the magicians need max Mp as Stats( 255). possible high attack point and magical damage by staff and ring with magical damages.
Btw ,extra mp bonus by items, doesnt works against champs!

I can say a feaw
most important thing elemant bonus from staff and rings
and rest of it litle bit staff ap Magic power bonus
when becomes to mage it is irrelavant to attack pover at "U" character info

I can say for LR mage 2mp bonus 1dmg for enemy (not monsters)
and old rumors araund Im not sure is it working or not INT bonus may increase stuck rate to enemy but as I said it is old like dex how can be increase your skill speed
