OP is talking about an account that was created in USKO.
It wouldn't affect SteamKO, one way or another, whether you recover it or not.
However, if you wish to recover your USKO account and use it in USKO then you may contact USKO's customer support.
Here: http://support.nttgame.com/
The opening poster didn't talk about USKO btw, but MYKO. (Malaysian KO, which was hosted by a Turkish company later on). I had the richest account on there, played it tons of years, by mainly merchanting, instead of hunting. Had all the biggest gear, but was only lvl 63 (back then 70 was max lvl).
But nah, you won't be able to recover that account, because they deleted everything. The game got ruined at the end due to some sort of hack that could copy items (and money), so the game was flooded with billions & tons of maxed out unique high level gear.
was kinda sad to see how in 5 minutes cheaters reached the same as I did in something like 8 years or so. They even easily outdid it. Sad end of the game.
