Just put enough INT for the armors you're going to use and rest in MP.
You want to have as much damage as possible and on a mage, MP increases your damage significantly.
Once you start PVP(aka PK), you might as well consider restating and reskilling for a bit more tanky build based on the parties you play with.
Usually, in mage parties, all mages use full attack build (mostly MP some INT and some even put a bit in HP) but in a melee party usually tanky build (int for armors, rest hp and perhaps some MP for a decent staff)
