Report a translation problem
Do you connect to the internet which way ? I'm connecting to internet with my smartphone (3.5G)
Could you please open task manager and check if you have either Knight Online or Xigncode running in the background ? (processes tab)
In order to troubleshoot it, we will need more information.
Could you please send an email to support@wellbia.com and attach your "xigncode.log" file?
It's located at your Knight Online folder, under XIGNCODE folder.
Follow the following steps:
1. Open steam
2. Go to your library
3. Right click Knight Online
4. Properties
5. Head to "LOCAL FILES.." tab
6. Hit "BROWSE LOCAL FILES.."
7. Now go to XIGNCODE folder and there you'll see a file called xigncode (or xigncode.log) it should look like a txt file.
8. Send an email to support@wellbia.com and attach this file.
Few moments later, you'll receive an automatic response which will give you more information regarding this issue, if you can post here the response you get it will help.
If you didn't receive an email in your inbox, I recommend you to check spam box as well.
Nope... I've now sent the email with log file from two different email addresses and no response. I've checked the spam folders for both addresses and nothing. It's been 1hr since I sent the email from my first email address and 15 mins from the second email address.
Could you please try this:
1. Open up Steam
2. Go to Library
3. Right click Knight Online
4. Properties
5. Head to "LOCAL FILES..." tab
6. Hit "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE..."
Try to log back in once it's done.
I pressed agian. and was now 100%.
Still wont launch.
I go back in same place, agian it says, "19 files could not be validated and will be recheived agian.
