Let me clarify the difference between both companies.
Steam is a game platform that's developed by Valve.
Any game can join the greenlight project and based on the votes of the community, the game that's put up to vote might get a green light to be published on Steam.
NTTGame is the publisher of Knight Online World (AKA USKO) and Steam Knight Online.
Knight Online is originally developed by MGame which is also publishing JPKO and KOKO.
You're referring to USKO and SteamKO which is originally published by the same company, the difference in-game is a few events that we've disabled on SteamKO due to user's request and in order to release new content only once the servers are evolved enough and allow users to catch up.
Besides, there's a geographical difference for both services(might affect your ping).
Knight Online World is hosted in Turkey.
Steam Knight Online is hosted in the western hemisphere.
On the ntt version I have a lvl69 and another 60somethin. I don't know if that's a decent lvl or not, but would like a to come to steam if I can find a reason to re lvl.
NTTGame has an agreement with Valve regarding what Valve benefit from the fact that Knight Online is published on their platform and that's pretty much it.
They have nothing to do with support/content/updates.
Reaching level 60+/- isn't a big deal though, if you have a group of people to play with it can take you up to 2 days to reach 60, and with premium even less than a day.
Tested it once, with a proper party and constant EXP you can reach 65-66 within a 22hours +/-.
However, if you are interested in starting over in SteamKO, I recommend you to take a look into the clan recruitment section as you might find a nice group of people to play with over there:

I personally recommend on Cypher as most English-speaking players can be found there but if you are capable of speaking Turkish, you can basically go for any server.
Thanks Degano, noticed you responded to both of my threads.
