I've spoken to HolyJoe about this, I already made a ticket like 3 - 4 months ago.. they won't answerd it not will they close it..
This is the 3rd serious issue I encounter and 3rd time no help or feedback..

I've spoken to HolyJoe about this, I already made a ticket like 3 - 4 months ago.. they won't answerd it not will they close it..

There's a reason, the person who banned you simply didn't fill it in, you made a ticket 3-4months ago regarding this issue or another issue?

You weren't banned, just kicked.
You should be able to log back in with the invitation link.

No with an other issue. About my PUS crashing my game.. And in the meanwhile I wanted to make a new ticket about a stack of genie I didn't receive when I bought it.. (and it took me 1 hour to buy 3 stacks of genie lol).. and now this..
I dunno what the problem is, I'm always nice & polite on Discord. I've spoken to HolyJoe & LordKurian in personal so..
Maybe you can ask the person who banned me whats this about ? Maybe a misunderstanding? Then at least this problem can be cleared up..

Hi Lord Kurian, some people told me to PM u, but i dont know where and how to do that.. But i lost items/money on herragem server on knight online, can you help me to fix it please? it's a expensive item... i sold it, bought an staff for it, but now i have no staff, no money, and no bow.. it was a iron bow rev+5 and a hell blood +7.. so i really hope you can helping me to fix this!
