[1] Q: Where can I find the current in-game event schedule?
A: Click here

[2] Q:Which premiums can be used for sealing/unsealing and unbinding items?
A: Gold Premium, Platinum Premium, DISC Premium, EXP Premium, War Premium and of course Switching Premium.

[3] Q: How do I unbind/seal/unseal items?
A: In order to do one of these actions, you must have a security key set (AKA seal code). Follow the next steps:
1. Sign in with your steam account HERE[www.nttgameonline.com]
2. Use the second option (security key) HERE[www.nttgameonline.com]--> register your email address if you didn't, yet.

[4] Q: I have a premium right now but I wish to replace it with another, how can I do that?
A: You don't have to! you can activate another premium on top of your current premium and simply switch between your premiums by hitting your premium's name at the right-end corner at top of your screen.

[5] Q: Why am I getting "An error in the selected server" right after launching game?
A: This is a restriction which applies to non-premium accounts in order to prevent the usage of third party tools. You may only login once at the same time if you are a non-premium user.
Note: This isn't a permanent restriction, it might be removed or modified in future.

[6] Q: I have purchased a premium in order to login more than once with the same IP address, why am I still unable to login more than once at the same time?
A: Please login first with your non-premium account(s) and afterwards login with your premium account.

[7] Q:Where can I find the current drop list?
A: Unfortunately, we don't have a formal drop list posted.
However! one of our USKO staff members has worked on a drop list based on his experience as a player, you may see it HERE[forum.nttgame.com]


[8] Q:I can not seal my character into a Cypher Ring, why is it happening?
A: In order to seal your character into a Cypher Ring, you must use a Character Seal Scroll which can be purchased via PUS, you must have a seal code (mentioned at question 3) and your inventory must be clean, no exceptions.. 0 items.


[9] Q:I have deleted every item in my inventory in order to seal my character but I'm unable to delete my magic bag, what am I supposed to do?

[11] Q:How do I activate a promo code?
A: There are two options, first one is to log into game and activate it through news page or second option is to sign in through your steam account here[nttgameonline.com] and activate it using the button on the left-end side of the page.

[12] Q:my is client crashing / I get disconnected everytime I open Power Up store?
A: Please try to set your speaker default format to 16bit 48,000 Hz.

[13] Q:Why am I getting -18 error on login screen? (New connection detected. Please visit the Steam KO website to verify your account.)

[14] Q:I would like to submit a cheat report, how do I do that?
A: There are two report channels available at the moment, one is through a customer support (Select "Cheat Report") HERE[support.nttgameonline.com], useful especially if you'd like to anonymously submit reports.
The second method is to submit reports via our Discord cheat report's channel but note, reports can be seen by other users as well. Our Discord report's channel can be found HERE[discord.gg]

[15] Q:Where can I see the rules of conduct?

[16] Q:I was wrongfully blocked / teleported into discipline dungeon (A.K.A jail)
A: Please submit a customer support ticket, we can't do much regarding such matters through the community hub as it may require us to conduct a deep investigation into your case and might require sensitive information as well.
