Banned 2nd time, for no reason.

I barely have my account for two weeks and been banned for 2nd time,
for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right reason.. You can only imagine how pissed I'm now and frustrated right now.

The first time my account got blocked, In the very first hours.
I barely had it for 12 hours and claimed by you that I did a chargeback which I didn't did such of thing.
After you blocked my account I submitted a ticket and you unbanned me almost 2 days after You blocked me.

By then I sent you another ticket for asking to add to my account the period I was banned,
the time of the expiration of my Premium and PUS Items (Voucher items).

Which you didn't even bother to replay on this one.

And today when I tried to log my account I saw my account got banned for 30 days for "Illegal Gold Distribution".

Which it doesn't make any sense to me.. Literally not even a single percent of sense.

In the first week when I created my account all I did is EXPing my account did few quests on EMC and on Eslant.
Did some farm with my clanies in CZ ("DeathValley"), Chaos stone & Biforst mobs.
And I took a part on ur very first Boss Event in EMC.
Which my clanies killed/got the drops from both Felankors.

I forgot to mention that I upgrade my personal staff to +6's before I back to army which was last Monday's night.
I used two Trina's pieces which I bought them from merchants from two different peoples.

Second week of my account which was this past week.
All I been doing is Genie on Paramun 24/7 with clanies&alliance to get level 80 ASAP.
I didn't did any kind of trades or farm neither any kind of events.
Since I been Genie on Paramun 24/7 and wasn't home.

That's all I did since I created my account and that's how I earned my money.

I have to add this I'm really disappointed from your service for 2nd time.
I'm an old player of KO played KO since I remember myself.
And now because of this you make me to think twice if I should keep playing ko or I should quit for once and all.
If I won't get unbanned ASAP I really won't bother to log KO anymore or ever again.

So I hope someone will take a look on this since I can't send a ticket, it give me an error "The specified URL cannot be found",
I tried to use two different browsers, also tried to clean my cookies, also made the ticket shorther by almost half even more but nothing actually help.

Hopefully someone will take a look into the matter and if decided to unbanned me for the 2nd time,
then don't forget to add the time of expiration of my Premium and PUS Items (Vocher items).
from the first period banned and the second period banned which I don't know how long it will takes you hopefully, it won't take long.
And hopefully you won't IGNORE this And take a look into the matter.

Hope you will fix all this, before I back home from army.

Point still stands, we can not help nor provide support here on the community hub.

Usually, these subjects require a deeper investigation and might as well require us to request from you additional information regarding your case, therefore, we can not discuss it publicly for your own safety.

As for your blockage reason.
I'm not familiar with your case specifically but generally speaking.
Even if you never sold/purchased in-game currency from your main account, doing it from a different account is strictly forbidden which could've led for the blockage of your main account.

Besides, I just came across an active topic on another forum where you're saying that you're selling gold bars for real currency. Coincidence?


You should be able to submit a ticket if you keep your ticket short and straightforward. (there's a text limit on tickets)
