Usually, these subjects require a deeper investigation and might as well require us to request from you additional information regarding your case, therefore, we can not discuss it publicly for your own safety.
As for your blockage reason.
I'm not familiar with your case specifically but generally speaking.
Even if you never sold/purchased in-game currency from your main account, doing it from a different account is strictly forbidden which could've led for the blockage of your main account.
Besides, I just came across an active topic on another forum where you're saying that you're selling gold bars for real currency. Coincidence?
You should be able to submit a ticket if you keep your ticket short and straightforward. (there's a text limit on tickets)
