Yes they do, but there are few skill shots that archers can gain benefit.
Elemental skills such as fire arrow, ice shot or lightning shot can even double the damage you hit if youre using one of those elemental rings. But other than those skills wont get dmg increase unless you also have a bow which uses different elemental attribute than poison.
So if youre using Enion Bow your lightning shot can hit way more dmg and stun chance than your ice shot, and if you support that bow with imir rings your dmg will be moooore than that.
Also if youre using enion bow imir rings also increase your other skills in advance.
Archers can interupt and cast easier than all other class so its a big plus. I know the dmg that i hit on my archer with imir and shios (2k~4k) so you can think thats funny but those rings are the best option after Ring of life and Legionnaire.
There's a reason those rings are in game and theres also a reason its not class-specified.
For now (Until UTC and Krowaz), there is Helenid for ice, Enion and Personal Bow for lightning, use them to see difference.
