Problem signing in through steam on nttgameonline.com/knight/en

Whenever I try signing in through my steam ID, a pop-up message shows up saying
"Request cannot be processed -3"

And whenever I try to launch the game, this message shows up:
"We cannot find you're steam information. Please try again after steam client logout.(-99)"

And then it closes.

ok, we've made some changes to the website on the back end regarding login. If you have no, clear your browser cache and try logging into the knight website again. Once you've done that successfully, see if you can log into the game using stream.

Your website is not working, we cannot log in and with our steam accounts. Clearing cache did not work. Obviously it wouldn't work what have you expected?

I am now having a different problem signing in.
The page goes blank with this message:

I have the same all the time for 4 hours.
There may be an error but not so many hours.
They are stubborn.
If they want to earn money, let them take up the work and remove these errors.

Hello, I just wanted to give an update letting you know I'm finally able to sign in with the account.
I still don't know what the problem was, and I didn't have to clear any cache on my browser, but it just worked this time.
