cant seal my character.... again

i want to delete a character, but since you dont allow me to do that ive had to waste money on a character seal scroll in order to seal my lvl 41 warrior i want to delete.

so ive got no items, no friends, no clan, no quests, no titles, no money... nothing

and wont seal, ive changed my seal code twice, and still fails. the the hell is wrong this time???

can you not just delete the character for me?

Don't you have autoloot item in the pet's inventory? (It's thing what people usually forget)

I had a look at the 51 warrior on your account ( assuming the above was a typo ) and don't see anything specific on the character sheet thats blocking your character from being sealed. Since we're not seeing wide spread complaints about sealing I have to assume the system itself is working, is it possible that you've misentered your seal code? I would try changing it one more time.

if the issue persists you can open a ticket with support and they can further inspect.

Still isnt working.

and i got to level 51 to remove the noah knights tag incase that was doing something.

ive changed my seal number 2 times now, reset it, changed my email, still wont work.

I've reset and changed my security pin, still failing to seal character.

i've also noticed that my premium has run out, do i need premium to seal a character?
