Cant buy from merchants ?

so today I tried to buy something from a merchant, dragged it into inventory, pressed ok and nothing happened. Thought my game was bugged so i relogged and still i cant buy anything .. anyone had this issue or knows how i can fix it ? I can use selling merchant fine but i just cant buy things from selling merchants :/

In additional as the player "8" said, your character must be level 30 to use trade or merchant feature, and if the item you trying to buy from the player merchant it's an item from power Up store, you must be level 56 or above
