Daily Quest Item Reward Problem

If ı generaly brief the problem; although ı had 5 Dark Mythril Fragments ı couldn't acquire the item. I couldn't acquire the weapon nor 7th armor. When i try to do it, the npc is keep saying i don't have enough fragments. But ı do. I have tried to relog etc.. but the result is same for days. please check this problem, is it a bug or something. I have spoken with my friends but non of them have the same problem.

I would be very glad if gms help me about that issue.

This Problem still continues and ı cannot do more daily quests because of the bag space. I would be very glad if you speed things little up.

It'is the daily quest which you can get from [reserve knight] lily that locates in eslant.

Hello dear moderators, i open this topic almost 9 months ago and i am still not able to finish the quest with 5 dark mithril fragments in eslant for elmorad. Why you are not taking any measures. Bug that i am on which lead me to leave the game. I have 5 Dark Mithril Fragment, and still not able to get reward from npc. So what should i do, what are you gonna do about this. Dear Virus

Please get some action about this. Problem which is not solved in 9 months shows some lack of care for you about gamers.

Do you have those Mytril bars in one piece? (Not for example 2 and 3?)
