Want to change hairstyle

I want to change my character's hairstyle but there isnt ''Makeover Coupon'' in the power up store of steamko. How can I do it? Please add ''Makeover Coupon'' to steamko also. I thaught that I can use gender change scroll for this operation but I think I need to change my characters gender to male first then turn it back to female to change her hair(I mean It wont allow me to change at the first time and show me only the male character options since current gender is female). Help please.

You may use your Makeover Coupon at the NPC named "[Makeup Artist] Kelly".
Its coordinates are 923, 604.

The easiest way to get there is by using the /town feature at Moradon and heading to your right (if you face anvil's stairs).

*Before the stairs, literally just town and go right.

Please check steamko cypher power up store, there isn't such a coupon.

well yea if you are orc you move to human and then move back to orc then you can change face & hair again
