"New connection detected"

So I bought new computer today and when i try to login i get the message "New connection detected. Please visit the Steam KO website to verify your account.(-18)"

And i logged into the website.. what is there to verify? And when i try verify this different stuff it say "This email address is already registered." come on :D

everytime you change from computer to another computer or laptop you can to verify youre acount, its pretty easy anyway and i consider this a pretty solid defense against hackers. just verify your account not your emmail address, is the third option and thats all.

you`re doing it wrong is the last option at game services once you logged on the website

You may be trying to use an email address that is already registered to a different account. I can see that you've used an email address on the account that you're posting from for CS, and that hotmail email address is registered to another account. Use the change email option with a fresh email address and you should be ok.

Thank you @LordOfAdonis . But where is the option to change e-mail for knight online? Or do you mean e-mail for my whole steam account? :)

So when i try to verify new e-mail, i press the "send verification code" and it just pops up a blank page and nothing happens.. -.-

If you're getting a blank window when you click send code, you may wish to try on another web browser to see if the issue persists between them. Since the window is a popup, adblock software can also mess with it, conider temporarily disabling programs like adblock and then trying again as well.

third hour in my life i spend for nothing, and still cant play. i werify all codes , emails , all look fine BUT IS NOT !!!!! mallfunction STEAM !!!! i go back play KO because when i play TERA game by steam i buy veteran account , on my STEAM TERA ACCOUNT and this veteran was aplied on NON steam account cause there was 2 different accounts on same e-mail adres WTF, now i buy premium in knight online , some in game money AND I CANT PLAY KNIGHTS CAUSE STEAM dont alow me switch computer. i hate companies what offer non-functional things i only loose real money and i dont get what i pay for. and dont tell me " make new e-mail adres , go outside from our partment wait 2 min go back inside and try it again or something" all my problems are only cause STEAM , FIX IT

Then you have to write ticket to STEAM support and request them change your email adress, etc etc ... Good Luck!
