Logitech former Saitek Flight Gear
Hey, just wanted to know if Flight Sim World is suppporting (or will support) the Logitech (former Saitek) Flight Gear, especially the Panels and Hotas parts.

I'm using a saitek X-65F, everything works flawlessly.

Actually, the last S.P.A.D driver is FSW compatible. So, saitek gear is supported for sure.

I'm using the Saitek X-52 with pro rudder pedals and everything is working for the most part except for key repeat, that doesn't work for me.

I have SPAD.next and my radio and multi-function panels work perfectly with FSW. A single license is also compatible with FSX and P3D and it works better than the default Saitek drivers.

Thanks for the info! I ordered some panels and will give it a try. Never heard of Spad.NeXt before :) Gonna let you know if I got it working. Should arrive tomorrow :genki:

We're also working on getting logitech panels supported natively, but I know a number of people within the community are using S.P.A.D currently.

Everything Logitech except for the panels are currently officially supported.

All Panels are running fine except for the Multipanel. There everythings works but the LED Display is dead except for the backlight - any clues? (I ran Spad.Next as administrator to get rid of problems already but it didn't help)

Edit: it's working now.

Looking forward for native support, don't know if it will still run if the trial runs out ;)

Since Update 10 spad.next doesn't connect to the sim anymore. What's wrong? :D

Damn, spad.next is reporting SimConnect Version mismatch - guess I gonna have to wait for an update and I only got one day trial left ^^ Hope native support is coming soon :genki:

Good to hear, but is Dovetail engaging Logitech. I queried them a while back, and they basically stated in their response reference the panels:

"The ones we support are companies which have shared their input/output code with us and we are able to program the panels to work with. IF we do develop one for FSW, it would be a plugin install. But at this time, I have no information regarding the inner workings of the future developments with our software engineers."

Update 12 shall support the Logitech/Saitek Panels, but mine are not working. They don't show up in the configuration as controller types and nothing happens if I press a button and they stay dark. I got the radio-, multi and switch panel.

And Spad.next is not connecting to FSW anymore so I guess I have a break. Damn it ^^
