Are cloud saves working? Saves do not sync to/from Steam Deck

Curious if cloud saves are working with the game. I can play the game without any issue on the steam deck, but every time I try to sync steam deck games to the cloud or game games from the cloud, I get a sync error.

I had the same problem, and unfortunately, even looking for help from the developer company support, I didn't get help. However, I solved it like this:
I went to the game's option on Steam > Properties > General > I Disabled/Disabled the Steam Cloud Storage option > And after that the game opens normally.

After the game is open, I close the game and enable this Cloud storage tool again.

Problem solved (At least here for me)

Tive esse mesmo problema, e infelizmente, mesmo procurando ajuda do suporte da empresa desenvolvedora, não obtive auxílio. Porém, resolvi da seguinte forma:
Fui na opção do jogo na Steam > Propriedades > Geral > Desabilitei/Desativei a opção Nuvem Steam de armazenar > E depois disso o jogo abre normalmente.

Depois do jogo aberto, fecho o jogo e habilito novamente essa ferramente de armazenamento na Nuvem.

Problema resolvido (Pelo menos aqui pra mim)
