Xbox 360 controller, how to get working?

The game does not recognize my 360 controller which works fine on every other game?!

Can you provide more details? Might help.. Personally I'm using two PS3 controllers - acting as 360 controllers. Both work fine.

The game is tested with 360, One and PS4 wired controllers. We had reports in the past of people with problems that were caused by other devices connected to the USB, try changing the USB where the controller is plugged in.

I shuffled them all around and couldn't solve it. I ended up refunding the game sadly.

my xbox 360 controllers worked with the demo version. the full version doesn't recognize my controllers on linux

I'm having a similar issue. Game was working with my 360 controller, I used the mouse on a menu once and now it won't recognize my controller at all.

Windows 10 1903 (18362.239) + Xbox 360 controller (no wired, original) = working fine.

What are your steam controller settings please I cannot get my ps4 pads working at all for this game

update I managed to resolve this just enable the tick for sony configuration in big picture mode normally games work fine without this setting and just the ds4 software glad it's working now.
