Just looking at the cars on the pictures of the main pages may quickly give You hints
and read about it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Williams_FW14
Cavalli -> Ferrari
McKeena -> McLaren
Wind -> Williams
Sakura -> Lotus
Thunder -> Toleman
Roland -> Renault
that's it for now i guess but i recall seeing a car similar to Benetton and Minardi
and Minardi is Molardi.
Jordan is Jackson
Dallara Scuderia Italia is Dianne
Brabham is Brave
Bettoni or Belloni? but then i just got another Belloni with a definitely Benetton livery so it is indeed Benetton
also got more,
Linda is Ligier
Lua is Lola
Mech is March
Reifen is Osella
Zoom is Zakspeed
Telfer is Tyrell(?)
I guess that "Reifen" could also be Tyrell, als "Reifen" is the German word for tyre ;)
Thunder is Toleman
Reifen is Rial-Ford from Fußgönheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
I guess I have seen another German team in the game: Zakspeed under some pseudonym
He is correct it is also the German word for tyre.
Danke
