Power Quest was good and so was the Game Boy version of Killer Instinct. Those were the days!
If we're talking WonderSwan, take your pick. Literally every game SNK put on the thing is worth owning. Most of the NGPC fighters have been ported on the Switch if you're into that.
Lastly, there are some indie NGPC-styled fighters worth checking out, namely Pocket Fighter EX and Ganbatte Karate.
Steam games though. Are there any more?
