refund question

So why can we have refund for this game? I get that steam refunds only in 14 days and not beyond 2 hours, but this game was basicly scam with almoust no gameplay and fake news and plans

i am still waiting for my refund. it looks like steam did not make billions, i suppose £7+ is too much for the billionaires.

I spent $100 on this one, $60 on ember and $60 for shards online/ legends of Aria all around the same time.
I'm never crowd funding another game lol. Lesson learned.

Hey guys i really need a refund for my purchase too. Were you ever able to get yours refunded? I have rent due tomorrow and I cant feed my 7 kids and pay rent. I bought this game 12 years ago when I was flush with cash but times have been hard and i need the money now. Please please please let me know if you know if youve received a refund and where i can claim mine.

The price of gas its just crazy. how am i going to get to work you know? You spend so much money driving to work you wonder if you should even work.
