Google API "Sorry, we have no imagery here"

I can see in my Google project the API's are used, i've tried several places on earth.

if you press F1 in RTB there is some info on the goggle api

Problem gets clearer,

When i start a New track, i enter the coordinates fi 52.4189579,-7.5696448.
RTB returns in the fetch window "Sorry, we have no imagery here" and the coordinates return to 0,0 with Google maximum zoomed in.
Then i can zoom out, and voila the picture apears, middle of the ocean or something.
Then i can manual adjust the window and fetch the map.

perhaps the Proxy in RTB needs to be set?
