If I assume you are talking about AC, then you just need to re-name the objects, which can be done in the KS editor, to 1WALL_....I don't have any suggestions for other game titles.
As @thcdrd said, you would need to rename the objects. For standard objects, there should be a tick box in the object properties section in RTB for collide. For string objects it's not there though.
So, export the track in RTB and open it in the Assetto Corsa editor. Select the wall, or whatever object it is, and rename it to "1WALL_001". If you have more walls, you can name them "1WALL_002" or "2WALL_001", etc. just make sure the walls have that format for their name, and AC will know that it is collidable.
