Race Track Builder
Tracks won't load in Assetto Corsa
After exporting my track from Kseditor as a .kn5 file and put the track in the track folder when in game I load the track and all it does is attempt to load it and then brings me straight back to the menu without any error code of such? Any Ideas?

You'll find clues in the "\Documents\Assetto Corsa\logs\log.txt" file at the end/bottom. If you have an AI file in your track's folder, delete it as it'll likely be the cause.

Really quite frustrating, I've removed the AI from the track folder but not difference at all.

if its not the Ai stopping it then

check the NAMING of all ROADS n PIT ROADS....
I am not sure my 1.kn5 file is right,so I put anther 2.kn5 file into track folder .the same result as the first time.what's wrong frustrating

what i can say is, if it loads into the KsEdittor then its OK and is down to the NAMING
Again check the NAMING of the ROADS n make SHURE you name the PIT LANE/ROAD
It could also be that these guys having issues are trying to load a "Time Attack" mode which needs extra files to work in game. If you guys/gals having issues are using Time Attack mode, stop it and use Hotlap or Practice mode instead. If you are trying to have a Race then you need to create an AI file (in hotlap or practice mode) or you'll get taken back to menu.

The filename.kn5 and the folder name must also match. If one has a capital letter and the other doesn't, it won't load.

That's all I can think of...but you guys should be reading the log.txt files so you don't have people like me grasping at straws as to what your issue is.

I'm having exactly the same problem. The track exports from RTB, it imports into kseditor (although it looks weird) I tried all the hints in this thread, and confirmed all the naming. Still the same problem. The last few lines of the log file are as follows:

When you start the KsEditor make sure you Config the ILLUMINATION
Use CLEAR Weather and Default PPfx

If you have Added Audio to your Track then you should know what your doing, If you havent then remove any audio_sources.ini file from Data Folder and DEL SFX Folder (both found in your Track Folder)

In most cases i would say to CHECK and double CHECK all NAMING from the NAMING done in KsEditor to all the Track Folder Content

When Exporting a New or Edited Project/Track from the KsEditor and then placing into your Track Folder, allways CHECK you have REMOVED any PREVIOUS Ai
Also DEL any IDEAL LINE
These wouldl be ReMade

Make sure you have surfaces.ini with your Relatied Surefaces on Track

And when Trying out your New or Edited Track you should pick Practice

Thank you man! You solved my problem.
I deleted every file except the .kn5, models.ini, map.png and the UI folder. It works now!
