is the multiplayer dead

Simple question, ive bought a few games where the multiplayer is absolutley dead. So Id thought id ask before I play beyond the refund timer.

This is the latest blazblue game on pc and plenty of people still play online on this game from newbies to vets but there will some time of the day where you won't see anyone in a lobby tho ranked matches however i don't think anyone plays them nowadays so until the next BB game gets ported to pc people will be playing this game for a while

tl:dr - Not dead, but sparse. You'll typically find a lobby or two up during prime-time hours. If you want to paly outside of that, it's time for the friends list or player matchup listing on the board here.

I joined a lobby and the lag was insane, i'm guessing majority of players are USA based?

Wrong, there's Something called "Time Zones"

I'm from Mexico & the Hours that i've Spent on This game... I can Say that Always from 8 AM to 4 PM (in my Time Zone) there's EU Lobbies nonstop.

And between 8 PM and 1 AM, the US & Asian Lobbies appears.

Not to mention the Fact that of Lacking Lobbies is due to People mostly Making Private Lobbies with Specified Friends.
(Either because They are New at the Game / Want to have Fun with Friends or Scared of getting Rekt by someone Better than Them)

There will be a Few People that have Really Good Connection Speed or they are Close to you & It will be a Full LAGFEST, despite the Good Connection Speed.
