How to equip the Sparrow Bow?

So I unlocked Outrider and her Sparrow bow, but now I can't figure out how to equip it? I go to Create Class, but it's not an option for primaries that I can equip. I'm sure there's a simple way, but I'm not seeing it.
Also, Treyarch, this is a heads up for unintuitive, hard to navigate interfaces . . . Please, get a interface/usability QA person on deck who wasn't part of the dev team so that you can get some fresh eyes on what I feel is an overly-busy, hard to navigate setup. This is but one of many issues I'm having.

it is a specialist ability u need to activate once it reaches full capacity. check the keybindings what key u need to activate it.

Figured out it's a special that pops up in game only . . . sooo counter-intuitive. Question resolved, but re-emphasizing recommendation to devs. This ♥♥♥♥ is as clear as mud.
