Since this is Beta, this CAN be implemented. ADS Sensitivity
Been seeing this mentioned a lot, and all it devs keep ignoring this throughout all CODs.

There needs to be an ADS (aimed down sights) sensitivity adjuster, but not just for one category, and here's why:

Currently ADS is based on FOV. This guy here explains it: https://youtu.be/3xRsQZvrvPo?t=7m49s

At the moment ADS sensitivities vary based on the zoom level when aiming down. For example, a iron sight pistol will have higher sensitivity than an assault rifle with zoomed with an optic sight.

The solution for this would be:

1. Actually re calculate the differences from the FOV changes when zooming in, thus having sensitivity not based on angles counted when zoomed in, and having an ADS multiplier <= 1.
In other words, programmer makes all ADS sensitivities the same across every weapon type, zoom levels being the same. Have an ADS multiplier <= 1; 1 being the default or hipfire sensitivity. Sniper zoom would need a separate multiplier.

2. Programmer does not unify all the aim sensitivities, however calculates the differences that each zoom mode would compare to hipfire/default/base sensitivity, and from then on does a <=1 multiplier for every zoom mode. For example, the settings would show a multiplier for:

ADSmult PistolClass = 0.xxx
ADSmult SmgClass = 0.xxx
ADSmult RifleClass = 0.xxx
ADSmult SniperClass = 0.xxx
then there are the different optics.
optics will probably need to be adjusted accordingly as there is zoom strength with them.

An adjustable ADS sensitivity ultimately gives the user more freedom for his/her settings and adds to a greater level of fluidity, because a lot of people doesn't like how the sensitivity dips so much when they're zoomin in with a rifle, than say compared to a pistol.

I definitely agree with the idea to make ADS sensitivity scalable. I just played one round and the sudden sensitivity change is the one thing that really annoyed me. It forced me to just hip-fire at the enemies, because otherwise it's almost impossible to hit anything.

edit: I just messed around with the mouse settings and setting my G402's DPI down to the lowest value and increasing the in-game sensitivity greatly improved the feel of the game. It now plays exactly like Black Ops 2 did. So, it might be a problem related to the DPI settings which make aiming feel odd.

Don't worry, threatening like that does nothing as they earn billions every year regardless.
If you guys want ADS sensitivity, answer their survey and write on the comments for them to implement ADS multipliers.
I can get this already with my logitech gear. G502 and G13.

I did read there were issues with high DPI settings, each mouse user should do research on there mouse and find the optimal DPI 9/10 times its 400/800/1000 majority have inconsistency issues going much above that

Why are you guys talking about dpi? Stop derailing the thread. This thread is about the ADS sensitivity disparity vs. hipfire, which has nothing to do with hardware.
