Do PvE missions have a money reward?

So I just did a Stockpile mission (much harder than I remember, I used to be able to find like 10 boxes, can't find nay this time.) and a Headhunter mission, and got no money for either. Do any PvE missions give money or will I be forced to fight level 50s to actually afford something?
