Who Is Purple Man

for what it's worth and to get back on topic, even though i've disagreed with the theory in the past, maybe phone guy is purple guy......

okay, while i've got the headcannon warmed up already, the bedroom:
the fan is purple, reference to FNAF:1 fan
the robot is purple, reference to animatronics in general
the PHONE is purple, reference to phone guy, also the object purple guy is holding.


i rest my case.

How people insist that in that mess of pixels of the minigame there is a purple phone is beyond me...

On the other hand the amount of purple stuff in the child´s nightmare bedroom is interesting.

Maybe the purple stuff just indicates, that purple guy was an employee. The phone and the fan are part of the guards office. And the robot looks alot like a security guard.

Maybe this is a hint that the kid saw the murders and the killer himself

but back on topic, i had to consider, the amount of purple in the room, i mean, it's so in plain sight, but that's said to be the best hiding place, either way, point is i think we have to consider that it may be a red herring too.

the whole guard's office thing, naw, i think if anything it's the child's subconcious solving the mystery for us maybe, the fan wasn't purple in any other games, we have no clue what color the phone was though.

Sure, but the colour purple is somehow connected to the guards in the restaurant. So the purple things are just a hint to them :)

the animatronics all have last names, which frankly is surprising.

the only characters we don't know the names for (besides purple guy) are the ones we can't account for accurately, namely the victims and they're barely a part of the game, they show up for the minigames and then leave immediately afterwards.
