How do you get rid of foxy!?
i have been stuck on night 3 because foxy will never go away, i keep flashing the light and closing the closet untill he turns into a plushie doll but then gets me about 20 seconds later

You have to continually check him. Just because he turns into a plushie, it doesn't mean he won't turn back into his Nightmare form and kill you. Always check him and keep him at bay.
