It means The Purple Guy and The Pink Guy, the two people who own the two Golden Suits, Spring Bonnie and Spring Freddy. Or, as we just learned, Spring Fredbear.

I also explain how Phone Guy (The Pink Guy) is a mad scientist, which explained exactly how the Children are.

The Purple Guy easter Egg proves this theory, you see the Pink Guy (in Spring Fredbear) and the Purple Guy (putting a kid into Spring Bonnie) in the same shot :)

The Pink Guy is the one who started everything, who killed The Marionette outside Fredbear's Family Diner, then bought the rights to the animatronics and made the Fazbear restaurants, first as a source of money, then as a source of test subjects for his experiments. The Purple Guy is just his minion.

The Purple Guy easter egg in FNAF 4 proves there are two people! You see the Pink Guy with black eyes inside Spring Fredbear, and Purple Guy is fitting a kid into the Spring Bonnie suit, and springcranks him the moment the doors close.
