Jumpscare is too loud!

So we have to turn our volume WAY up to hear the crickets, I turned it up to 100 to hear them. Basically the crickets are the same volume as the breathing, so I can barely hear the crickets. But when I get killed, my ears were ringing for 5 minutes! I pretty much won't touch the game until the jumpscare volume is turned significantly down, and the breathing sound is WAY up. Please say "agree" if you agree so Scott can see how much we need this for the sake of our ears.

He patched the volume of the jumpscare? I know the breathing has been up'ed, but not the jumpscare.

i'd say everything is even'd out now,you dont need to hear the crickets lol,just turn it down a bit

i'd say everything is even'd out now,you dont need to hear the crickets lol,just turn it down a bit

What volume should I have it at? I'm scared to turn it up.

I don't want to experiment, especially when I don't know what it sounds like. Like, should it be about 50 or 75?

No. The jumpscare sound is the same, but the breathing is louder so you don't have to play at the loudest sound, wearing noice-canceling earphones in total silence just to hear it. In that scenario the jumpscare is WAY too loud. Now it's better balanced.
