i've seen them with two, bathroom and entry/exit, he could be in a children's ward still though.
It means that the child in question is in a hosptial right now, the building they are experiancing these "nightmare" animatronics is just a dream stuff. The only thing that is real is the fact you are trying to live, just not in the manner you would normally think in a fnaf game.
