Rare Screen. IV Unit by the bed. What does it mean?

On night 2, I had an IV unit appear next to the bed when I flashed my flashlight at it. I didn't notice what it was at first, so I went back through my recording and took a screenshot.

Maybe it means that the main character is in a coma, and that this is all a nightmare? I haven't seen anyone else mention getting this screen yet, and I'm curious to know if there are other things that change in some of the rooms.

there is a small thing to nitpick with this though, i mean literally miniscule, what hospital room has three doors?
i've seen them with two, bathroom and entry/exit, he could be in a children's ward still though.

It means that the child in question is in a hosptial right now, the building they are experiancing these "nightmare" animatronics is just a dream stuff. The only thing that is real is the fact you are trying to live, just not in the manner you would normally think in a fnaf game. Well, I think we are the son of purple man (phone guy, yes he is finally actually phone guy based on his appearance at the restaraunt) and the brother of some evil kid. We are the crying child btw. We can't be purple man thought because of him being in the pizzeria in one of the minigames.
