Some bedrooms have them. In this case though, it's a nightmare. The kid's room had only one door in the minigames.

Because Nightmare Bonnie goes on the left side of the door and Nightmare Chica goes on the right side of the door. Just like the the first FNAF.

If I had designed my house the bedroom would have 4 doors and a toilet so that every season I could walk into a different room in the morning! Also I have to get up a lot to pee at night.

Well, it's a nightmare. Nothing in it really makes sense.

I felt that I needed to explain the toilet. It's very important to me.

Then let me try to explain it: the boy's imagination pictures a "reskinned" hospital (and would explain why there's two doors into the room?) and there's an IV drip next to the bed. You don't see such equipment every day outside a building where the badly injured or ill commonly visit.

As for the kid's nightmares, I learned from Disney's Girl vs. Monster that the frontal lobe controls your fear as it helps the brain make rational thoughts. Because the boy had his lobe violently torn out on his birthday, he *cannot* control his fears.

I actually have this in my house, but the only problem is it is for the master bedroom rather than a childs bedroom.
