In the world of film, it is often considered to be the kiss of death to get an R rating. Why? Because it horrendously cuts down on the available audience to see it. It's much easier (and better) to creatively shoot a PG-13 horror film and still keep it scary in other ways, without the gore. I know tons of scary PG-13 horror films.
Yes, FNAF does have blood and whatever, which does appear in PG-13 movies obviously. Only when its gory as all get out does it receive a higher rating. Things don't need to be unnecessarily gory anyway. We get the point without things being so explicit and uncomfortable all of the time.
Now what makes me say that it won't be PG or even G? Simply because the fanbase is so varied across many walks (and ages) of life.
I don't expect anything spectacular myself. Though the game does lend itself well to a movie adaptation, the curse of terrible game-movie adaptations has run too long for comfort lol.
Depends, we will just have to wait for the movie and judge it for ourselves lol.
Yeah....
But like I'm saying, we don't know anything about the movie right now.
Maybe this will be the movie that has that rare chance where a video game movie is good.
We will just have to wait and maybe it will be good and maybe it won't be good lol.
Scott's working with the director so I don't think the movie will not get it right like Super Mario Bros. (I like that movie by the way lol)
We know it's based on a premise that consists of a security guard that has nothing to literally guard.
He's not guarding anything. He's not guarding the joint cause he's stuck in the chair. Not guarding the robots cause they're trying to kill him.
I REALLY don't see this turning out for a good movie.
On top of it, the implication of mucus and blood coming from the 'tronics. They smell like hell
See? FNAF Movie! Oh wait, that’s Willy’s Wonderland.
