Question: How the Hell is 10/20 Mode Easier to Some People Then 4/20 Mode?
I know this isn't relevant to the FNAF 4 forums but I just wanted to know, cause for all we know FNAF 4 could become the haredest game in the series because of the update. Scott clearly said who ever a least beaten Night 6 will automatically get the update. Those who are up to the challenge get of course a star.

It all depends on luck actually.

In all reality 10/20 is the hardest. I'm not saying that cause of my opinion, but in 4/20 Mode you had doors and in 10/20 Mode you didn't have doors, so your reflexes had to be on high alert 100% of the time.

I know your reflexes did the same in the first game but I say FNAF 2 was more stressful.

I know right. I was once reading about strateies for beating 10/20, and they went something like: Wind up the music box 4 cranks, pull down your cameras and put the mask on and take it off, then click on both vent lights, then flash your light 4 times in the hall, repeat. I kid you not, people were actually writing strategies this way!

I didn't have to flash the vent lights, well not the left one cause of Mangle.
FenrirSlip Sep 7, 2015 @ 5:57pm
Nevermind, I had to shine both vents.

I think you can make quite the argument that 10/20 from a code perspective was made much more difficult than the rest, too. I also have no clue how others are saying that 10/20 is the easiest.
i feel 10/20 mode was easier due to how fnaf 2 was so much more simplistic and stratigic than the first game. you have the noice when an animatronic (foxy 99% of the time)was in the hall, the vent noise, one limitless defence for all but 2 of the animatronics. you literally could ignore the vents all together until u heard vent bumping. fnaf 1 has the same footsteps everytime they moved. unlike the second game, where you could analyze the movements of the animatronics, fnaf 1 was much more random. they would randomly appear in different places, pop up unexpected at the doors, and freddy was a pain in the ass. plus the universal power would stress you out and make it a lot harder to keep everything in check.

But in 10/20 mode, you always hear clunks, and the same sound effect used for leaving the vent was the same sound effect used for entering the vent. Toy Bonnie's AI ruins 10/20 for me. Toy Bonnie has an extra random number that decides whether or not he will slide in front of the player, even though he's there. When others are near you, it's a 1-in-3 chance (instead of a 1-in-1 chance as the others have), but since it's a Random, there's also potential for Toy Bonnie to sit there for 30+ seconds and laugh as the Marionette kills you.

FNAF1, though...Cam 4B and quick cam checks, and you should end up with at least 5%, and maybe even up to 13% power remaining on 20/20/20/20 mode.

I still haven't beaten Golden Freddy mode. I've beaten 4/20 and Aggressive Nightmare mode.

10/20 is a luck based challenge. Some people( Markiplier. etc.) took 2 or more hours just to beat it and they've won. Some people( like me) grew so desperate, they used the "C D +" cheat to win.

2 hours would be miraculous and massively lucky...

It took him about 7 hours to beat 4/20 Mode. 9-10 hours on 10/20 Mode. 3 hours on Aggressive Nightmare Mode. And 4/20 in the fourth game took about 3 hours as well. Even though it took him less time to complete 4/20 Mode in FNAF 4, he said it was more stressful then the others. Reason: You don't know when the animatronics are at the door unless you hear the breathing.

I'd like to say that FNAF 4's 4/20 mode seems harder for a few people because it constantly needs to load resources in the heat of the onslaught.… That cannot be fair due to how the EnEmEs can progress while you're waiting for the freezing to stop.
