The purple/pink guy theory

In fnaf one we see posters for the 5 missing children incident, one of which says suspect was charged. We all know that from fnaf 3, that the purple man was never arrested and continued his killing spree. That leaves us with a few questions.

Notice a few things here;

We have a purple man and a pink man, most people figure it has to be the same person.
Shadow freddy leads the children to to back room...
But... The only costume we see back there during purple guys death scene is the spring bonnie suit. Perhaps purple man wasnt the one wearing the shadow freddy suit...

Perhaps purple man and pink man are two different people... Two people working as security guards at the restaurant. This would explain how a culprit was arrested from use of the surveillance footage. And would also explain how one of them is still out of jail free to continue the murders.

and if we take into account the new game theory video, which yes is still a bit wonky, but hear me out, what if the little brother saw something he shouldnt have, just as the little girl seemed to have known about how people dissapear there. what if the brothers apology, wasnt an apology but rather one of those "you saw too much apologies"

cribius, im saying paired with the evidence and scott has admitted everything we knew about the previous games is true, meaning when people thought purple and pink guy were different, they were right, and NOW we know who phone guy is directly and that HE is pink guy

No phone guys is not pink guy. If pink guy was the one arrested, how was he still a secutity guard until his murder shortly before fnaf 1?

Or he hid in the secret room off camera and programmed Springtrap to lure children to him. So when police investigated, they arrested the Spring Bonnie performer as he would have been the most likely suspect. Thus letting Purple Guy get away with the crime.

Pink Guy is actually a lighter shade of Purple. He's not Pink at all.

Purple Guy was arrested, but later broke out (somehow, how is not the question) and hid in the FNAF 1 restraunt's saferoom, where he dismantled the animatronics in fear they would alert him to the police.

Think about it, why would he be in the safe room when the restraunt is clearly closed down?

The five main kids and the puppet were killed by Pink Guy (assuming he's different from Purple man) and yet their souls are set free when they kill Purple man, regardless of whatever fate Pink Guy suffered. Why would they be set free by the death of a person who didn't kill them? (even if he was another murderer as well). They should only be free upon their real murderer's death, ie. Purple man had to be the real killer, making Pink guy and purple man the same person.

In the FNAF4 mini game, you see Purple Guy putting the Spring Bonnie suit on another employee. Probably framing the guy for his murders. He sets the guy up to be arrested.

Thinking the killer has been caught, the company then gets the Toy versions of the animatronics that can scan faces for dangerous predators, so this won't happen again.

Now that Purple Guy in in danger again, he tampers with the programming to make them see everyone as a threat. FNAF 2 Phone guy: "Someone used one of the suits. We had a spare in the back, a yellow one, someone used it...now none of them are acting right.'". None of them are acting right meaning they attacked an innocent person (bite of 87).

The bite of 87 victim being the previous night guard who got moved to the day shift. FNAF 2 Phone guy: "we may move you to the day shift. A position just became... available.".

So the company scraps the Toy versions and goes back to the old ones in a new smaller location (FNAF1).

The previous night, they said they were under investigation... Maybe the bite victim wasn't the secutiry guard, as we know him to be fired. Maybe the animatronic was tampered with as a way to lose the investigator... And with the investigator being the victim of the bite of 87, the Purple man was no longer under suspicion.

You forget the part where Phone guy says "the building is on lockdown, uh, no one is allowed in or out, y'know, especially concerning any...previous employees." They knew the first night guard who requested to be moved to day shift was the culprit, that's why they were so concerned about not letting a certain "previous employee" in or out. The pizzeria remains closed on Day 6 (judging by Phone guy saying "the place is closed down, at least for a while") which leads me to believe they found the corpses of the five children murdered by purple man a few days earlier and thus, with all the evidence pointint to him, the company was "rather free of liability" but not free from the awful reputation. Although they plan to close down for good they still get to open the next day and celebrate the birthday event, with Jeremy as the day shift guard. That's when the real bite of 87 happens, Jeremy gets attacked by one of the toy animatronics (most likely mangle) and loses his frontal lobe.

Your timeline would be correct assuming you don't think FNAF 4 happens in 1987? Do you think FNAF 4 happened in 1987 or in a different year? Not very clear from your post. But if you say FNAF 4 didn't happen in 1987 your timeline would be correct.
