What happens after Springtrap jumpscares you?

The way he approaches you certainly presents sneaky and murderous behavior, but when he gets in your face it looks as he has no intention to kill you. This still has yet to be explained.

he just wants the keys to leave. you get a game over as your guy is fired for giving the keys to a murderous animatronic.
