Even if he literally only appears as a voice recording in the movie it HAS to be Scott.
And the Puppet could be voiced by Frank Welker.

Not that I think a child would be playing any major role but one thing I DEF want to see in the movie is Freddy Fazbear's Pizza during the dayhours-when the building is noisey and full of kids.
We'd also get to see the stage animatronics do the same cheesey routine all pizzaria animatronics do, promote pizza and friendship and what not~and maybe hear some of those "same stupid songs" they've apparently been singing for 20 years.
